CITIZENS PROTECTION AUTHORITY COMMUNITY SAFETY SEMINAR
2.5 hrs $25 ( all ages)
Explore different safety techniques teaching you how to avoid being a victim. The emergence of new laws have put Illinois in a volatile situation. Situation awareness, deescalation and self preparation techniques will be taught.
Municipalities, businesses and citizens will be educated on how to not be a victim.
Taught by certified instructors. Nationally recognized program as sanctioned by the United States Congress per the NRA’s long-standing year program along with local crime statistics are combined.
Discussion will also go over the impact of the Safe T Act and its effects on our Illinois communities. De-escalation techniques and USCCA use of force will be discussed.
The new legislation have open the doors for criminals to get away with many crimes. It’s absolutely frightening the responsibility put on citizens in our community. You must act safely within the constraints of the law -yet have to deal with frightening situation’s that you haven’t seen before.

This is a more in depth version of the Citizens Protection Authority Community Safety Seminar.

On July 9, 2013, Public Act 98-63, the Firearm Concealed Carry Act became state law (430 ILCS 66). This law requires an Illinois Concealed Carry License to carry a concealed firearm in Illinois.
This class does not require prior firearm experience and is suitable for first time shooters. No F.O.I.D. card or firearm is needed to take this class.
According to State and Federal Laws Relating to Ownership, Storage, Carry and Transportation of a Firearm.
The appropriate and lawful interaction with law enforcement while transporting or carrying a concealed firearm.
The instruction on prohibited areas and the parking lot exemption.
Use of force in defense of a person.
Use of force in defense of a dwelling.
Use of force in defense of other property.
Unlawful use of weapons.
Illinois definitions of dwelling, aggressor, forcible felony, and unlawful use of weapons pursuant to ILCS.

Day 2 Range : you one on one to help you practice loading and unloading a pistol, as well as aim, control, trigger squeeze and how to compensate for blowback. At the end of the session you’ll be given a basic skills test, which involves shooting at a target from distances of 5, 7 and 10 yards away (10 rounds per distance test).

ACCIDENT SCENE MANAGEMENT
8 hr. $150 for certification however, the motorcycle safety lawyers will subsidize this bring your cost down to $35.
We teach you the life-saving skills needed in case you come up to an accident scene and first responders have not arrived yet.
CPR, broken bones splints and immediate care are critical.
As a first responder and a protector of your family, in any scenario, this class trains you for an emergency situation. A car or motorcycle accident, serious, fall, gunshot wound, or other medical emergencies that require life or death medical treatment on the scene. This class is geared more towards motorcycles but all accidents scenes are applicable.

EMERGENCY FIRST AID FUNDAMENTALS
